Headers.getHttpDateFormat() indirectly calls TimeZone.getTimeZone("GMT"), which calls into JRE lib method causing monitor contention. See screen shot

Fix by instantiate into static variable.

    public static SimpleDateFormat getHttpDateFormat() {
        SimpleDateFormat dateFormat =

        return dateFormat;
