FYI: Objective-CMIS minor submission

Hi all
a few small changes were made to the ObjectiveCMIS lib

   - a property (checkin) was added to constants
   - CMISDateUtil: need to return a date string if TZ minutes aren't
   provided in the string
   - more checking in base64 streaming

Kind regards
Peter
