For some reason the compiler falls over Builtbin/Makefile.win

In order to make it work, i've replaced the lines 128-137 with:
!IFNDEF MAKEOPT
MAKEOPT=-nologo
!ENDIF

Now everything compiles, and works :)

An Apache21 directory is generated (shouldn't this be an Apache22 directory now?)
