Axis2/C VC projects for sample clients and services are repeated in two places

Hi,

At the moment Axis2C VC project has separate projects for Sample
Clients and Services. But both these clients and services solutions
are repeated in two places. One is in ides/vc/axis2c/ and other one is
in ides/vc/samples. Solutions in the ides/vc/samples do not work
correctly due to incorrect properties. Projects in ides/vc/axis2c/
works correctly.

Before Axis2/C 1.0 release we removed this kind of redundancy and
broken components from the Axis2/C svn head. But we have
missed this somehow :(

I think , we should remove broken one. But let's see what
others think.

Hi,

We included ides/vc/samples folder and the vc projects in this folder to
pack with bin distribution, to help users to build samples easily. those are
working fine once it packed with bin distribution ( means after copying
those projects into <deploy>\ides\vc\samples).

The VC project in ides\vc\axis2c is to pack with source distribution. This
project is to build the axis2c with samples as a whole.
