GehaFearless opened a new issue, #1013:

   On 1.12 version:
   The disk full, and error occur after expand it.
   
   `on_config_proposal(): 5.6@10.129.11.201:8171: on_config_proposal out-dated, 20 vs 21
   `
   
   There are so much replicas cann't assign primary beacase of above reason.
   
   I recover it by rebuild meta server data on zk. How I fix it on program?
