Polish translation of messages

I'm sending in polish translation of messages.

Two notes to translators:

- remember about using native2ascii on all files that contain non
  US-ASCII (7bit) characters, this includes french translation

- please don't translate section headings, I think it'll be easier
  to navigate the file while synchronizing the translation with the
  english messages file when new sections/messages are added.

- i'd advise to strictly keep line ordering and whitespace in the
  messages files, otherwise they'll turn in an mainteance nightmare
  pretty soon.
