   (1)in jvm: ApplicationModel.defaultModel().getApplicationConfigManager().getProtocols() is not empty.
   (2)in native : ApplicationModel.defaultModel().getApplicationConfigManager().getProtocols() is empty.
   
   ### What you expected to happen
   
   in native mode,we should get the same result as jvm
