Welcome New Committers/PMC Members

Please join me in welcoming the following new Apache Storm Committers/PMC members:

   * Sriharsha (Harsha) Chintalapani
   * Kyle Nusbaum
   * Kishor Patil
   * Sean Zhong

Harsha, Kyle, Kishor, and Sean have all made significant contributions to the Storm codebase and shown dedication to advancing the Storm community.

While they were all voted in while Storm was under incubation, timing and graduation transition requirements delayed their PMC membership. That membership is now official.
