Slovak UI translation

Hi Juergen,

Slovak translation is done in Pootle for UI.
I will be for the 2 weeks more offline than online, but I try to
make Slovak translation as best as I can.

Help files is totally broken, we can talk about it at end of this week.
It won't be complete because of missing manpower. :(

I have seen this and have merged it already back for testing purposes

good to know, this can be fixed later. It's up to you to decide if it
should be released or not.

In general I can only do what the language communities tell me, you
decided if a language is ready for a release or not.
