## Description
Replace BrokerRequest with QueryContext in query engine filtering layer
- Replaces the usage of FilterQueryTree with FilterContext on server side
- Removes all the old predicate classes and replaces with the new ones
Performance improvement:
- Save all the per-segment creation of FilterQueryTree and Predicates
Bug fix:
- Fix the wrong UNBOUNDED values in RangePredicateEvaluatorFactory
- LONG, FLOAT, DOUBLE are using Integer.MIN_VALUE and Integer.MAX_VALUE as the UNBOUNDED values
