[WARNING] Continuous integration for plugins is unusable
Hi all,
Don't know if you noticed that plugins builds on CI server (and locally)
are KO for several days :

Maven finds a cyclic reference :
The projects in the reactor contain a cyclic reference: Edge between
'Vertex{label='org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-project-info-reports-plugin'}'
and 'Vertex{label='org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-invoker-plugin'}'
introduces to cycle in the graph
org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-invoker-plugin -->
org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-project-info-reports-plugin -->
org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-invoker-plugin
I made some tests and this problem doesn't occurs with maven 2.0.6
Perhaps it is related to http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MNG-3284
This issue is critical for us but if it is related to MNG-3284, it will be
fixed only in 2.0.11 :-(
What can we do ???

Well for now we are locked out of Apache SVN. John already emailed infra
so now we wait for it to get unlocked.

It seems we have always an issue with credentials on subversion.

Remove the project-info-reports plugin for now. We should probably
look at scope while building up the directed graph and not worry about
cycles in test dependencies.
