Super cool! One day in and Anil has already done something I promised to 
do about a month ago!

Basically what it does is allow Eclipse users to point the Eclipse 
Update Manager at this file, it will then download and install the 
plugin. Whenever we create a new release of it we simply upload a new 
file to the URL and all clients will update automatically (assuming the 
auto update feature is turned on).

So what should the URL be for this?

I'd suggest:

http://forrest.apache.org/tools/eclipse

Is that OK?
