Add maven profiles to assemble only the default windows and default linux distribution

During developing on Karaf you're sometimes required to re-assemble karaf. In that case building all distributions needs WAYS too long. Maybe we can workaround this issue providing a win and nix profile building only the standard windows/linux distribution and nothing else. At least for development this should be sufficient.

Are you thinking of one extra profile that does both windows and linux or two extra, one for Win and one for Linux?

I think one per per platform should provide the best result. You simply do
not need both or any more once at a time
