confiure ant.bat for windows

hi,

the documentation says that I need to modify the ant.bat to enable
detection of faild build on windows. But I can't find an ant.bat in the
continumm directory

I don't use Continuum, but I'd assume they are talking about the
ant.bat file in your ANT_HOME directory. Not one included with
Continuum...
