[PATCH] Anonymous Key HOWTO

I went ahead and wrote a howto on using anonymous access fields to hide 
foreign key mappings from the object model implementation. I tried to 
contact Houari about how it was coming and didn't get a response as to 
whether he was actively working on one or not, so I went ahead and 
wrote one up as I figured out how to do it.
