The Standard config has:

AddIcon /icons/back.gif ..

Therefore, this is the *correct* behavoir.  The configuration directive says
that we should use the 'back.gif' icon for any names ending in '..'.

I don't think trying to special case and ignoring folders that end in '..' is a
good solution.  I think a better solution is to create a different directive for
setting the Parent Folder Directory Icon.
