When I save the "Test Plan" it spits out the XML file with all the thread group 
information and such, but for some reasons, when I try to read it in nothings 
happens (no tab on the left side of "Test Plan" to indicate that the data's 
been read in). I wonder if it's something to do with OS X character encoding 
issue.
