HADOOP-7119 patch brings Alfredo source into Hadoop

The previous patch for adding Kerberos Auth to the HTTP endpoints brought up
concerns that Alfredo was not part of Hadoop code base; and some of you
asked to bring Alfredo codebase into Hadoop.

The latest patch does just that.
