dio_Mysql patch proposal

Hi everybody

i don't know if dio is still mantained by its
authors, but I guess Rivet users still like the idea
of having this database access class available and maybe
have new contributions to its development.

I think I found a possible bug for dio_Mysql and made
a simple patch for the 'exec' method code to fix it.
The fix seems to be working and didn't break other
code relying on dio (for now).
If David wants me to send it on to the list for comments
(and maybe reprimands for my coding habits) I can do it.

I didn't forget I promised to write a download script
example for the benefit of the docs: I'm very busy at
the moment. I'm going to give a presentation next week
to my collegues on the work I made with Rivet and Tcl.

Unfortunately this is not going to be an opportunity for
Rivet, virtually all of them want to see only the output of
the project and want to know nothing about what's
behind the scenes.

Damon/Karl - would one of you have some time to look at this? I'm
super busy packing up to move to Innsbruck, Austria.
