Current the Shell TUI ANSI control sequences handling has some issues, namely

1) Crashed will result in a broken xterm. reset is needed to fix this. term config should be reset before exiting a crash (e.g. segfault)

2) Shell TUI does not handle IDE console well. Reprinting commands. This could be improved by detecting if a terminal is configured.
