client can't consume some messages in pendingmessages

hi,I am confused by a question.
I send messages with spring-jms producer,the activemq server works most
normally,but some pendingmessages can't be confused by consumers unitil I 
reboot the activemq server.
os:suse
activemq version:activemq 5.9.0
client version:spring-jms 4.1.4 spring 3.2.4
Any one can help me?Thanks
