1) Put shutdownhtml in Bugzilla
2) Put shutdownhtml in SpamAssassin Bugzilla
3) Change proxy forwards for Scarab and Jira to Redirects to a maintenance page, graceful httpd
4) Shut down Jira Tomcat
5) Shut down scarab Tomcat
6) Shut down MySQL service
7) Copy /x1/mysql-store to /raid1
8) Change /var/lib/mysql symlink to point  to /raid1/mysql-store

9) Start MySQL service
10) Start Jira Tomcat
11) Start Scarab Tomcat
12) Remove Redirects, graceful httpd
13) Remove shutdownhtml in SA Bugzilla
14) Remove shutdownhtml in Bugzilla

15) Drink beer

All this probably tonight when the load is lighter.
