File Transfer plugin throws 
FileTransferError {code: 3, source: "file:///storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.ionicframework.starter/cache/1406641720981.jpg", target: "https://test_underscores.s3.amazonaws.com", http_status: null, body: null}
