       I don't think you need this line? It's handled at https://github.com/apache/incubator-mxnet/blob/4774e58f37ed65a3ca97e64280230974ba4cde7e/ci/docker/runtime_functions.sh#L1468

Review comment:
       `wasm` backend is upstream in llvm since version 8. We have version 10 available in this docker image. So you could delete all the `emscripten-fastcomp` from this script, as `emscripten-fastcomp` is deprecated and replaced by the upstream llvm support.
