[ANNOUNCE] ActiveMQ-CPP Version 3.4.5 Released

Hi Everyone,

Its official, AcitveMQ-CPP v3.4.5 has now been released.  

This is a bug fix release of the ActiveMQ-CPP client which includes some
fixes since the v3.4.4 release.  A couple important fixes in this one so
grab it if you are on an earlier version.

Some highlights for this release:

* Fixed some memory leaks that can occur when a connection breaks.
* Fixed potential segfault issues that were found in testing.
* Fixed a potential hang during close of the Connection.
* Fixed an issue with Stomp messages not having correlation ID set.
