GridGain agreed to donate integration with .Net and CPP platforms to Ignite. It is necessary to move relevant code from private GridGain repo to Ignite repo. 
This is the main ticket for lots of smaller tasks, including:
1) Actual code move;
2) Adjusting build procedure;
3) Creating continuous integration suites on TC;
4) Updating documentation;
5) Updating developer/contributor guildelines.
