I am using Apache Web Server as localhost to study php 4 & mysql ; I am looking 
for instruction or a manual on how to deal with .htpasswd feature related to 
the file htpasswd.exe and htdigest.exe in the folder bin of my windows 98 
installation. Apache/1.3.12 (Win32)
