[RESULT] [VOTE] Apache OpenMeetings 6.3.0 based on Release Candidate 1

I'm closing the VOTE 72 hours are over

The VOTE was successful it got 4 +1

I'll made final steps and will send an announce

Sry late, but I +1 based on recent testing.

Havn't been able to verify checksums or signatures of the release artifacts
yet though.
