I'm using Windows...which means I've successfully tested everything...except `make check`:

The errors I get are definitely specific to my environment...and despite trying on the Linux Subsystem for Windows...I still face errors...

I'll continue to try to run `make check`, but sadly it doesn't look like I can authoritatively give a +1...not because I have concerns/issues...but because Windows. ;-P

This vote has ended. Apologies for letting it sit open for so long while we
answered questions about the voting process and worked to increase our
podling project management committee membership.

The vote was not successful, with 2 +1 votes and 1 -1 vote.

We will work to resolve outstanding packaging issues and release checking
automation to make it easier to review release candidates and I will open a
new vote for an RC.2 at that time.
