Hi all, 

The VOTE on general@ has passed. I will stage the release shortly, and
my plan is to put out the announcement on Tuesday, 9 a.m. Eastern.

Will start a thread separately on promoting 4.0.1-incubating and the
4.0.2-incubating release. 

Thanks to everybody who helped on the release, and to Chip and David for
their assistance in managing the release.

After 72 hours, the vote for CloudStack 4.0.1-incubating *passes* with 3
IPMC +1 vote:

+1 (binding)

* Olivier Lamy 
* Alex Karasulu

There were no -1 or +0 votes cast. 

Jim, Olivier, and Alex voted on the cloudstack-dev@incubator.apache.org
vote thread [1]. 

I will be publishing the release today, and the project's community will
put out its release announcement next week (after the mirrors have
caught up).
