org.apache.axis.types.Time problem

Hi All,

Is this normal behavior ?:

---------------------------------------------------------------------
org.apache.axis.types.Time value =
	new org.apache.axis.types.Time("12:34:45");
String timeString =
	( new java.text.SimpleDateFormat("HHmmss")).
		format( value.getAsCalendar().getTime() );
System.out.println( "The time is: " + timeString );
----------------------------------------------------------------------

The time is: 133445
