Code freeze for 1.3.3 release
We're down to zero open issues, so following our unofficial process,
the next step is code freeze for a week, to test trunk and make sure
we don't have any blocking issues.
You can install the current snapshot of Buildr 1.3.3 by doing:
$ gem install buildr --source http://people.apache.org/~assaf/buildr/snapshot/
As for the process, I wrote something based on the previous release,
how about we discuss this and come up with a formal process, so any
one of us can make a release happen:

I found a major defect in my patch for BUILDR-126. Subprojects would
not be able to set any value in test.options[:properties].
I committed a spec and a fix to the trunk. Will you stage another snapshot?
Sorry for the inconvenience.
