In #[3135|[YARN-10829. Support getApplications API in FederationClientInterceptor by akshatb1 · Pull Request #3135 · apache/hadoop (github.com)|https://github.com/apache/hadoop/pull/3135]], we added a new overload of invokeConcurrent to avoid ArrayList initialization at multiple places. Update the same in getClusterMetrics.
