   I enabled D200 pydocstyle check.
   
   There are some docstrings which are too long if we convert to the single line. I add a line break to such a docstring.
   
   Part of issue #10742.

   Thanks for the effort. I know that making changes to many files at the same time is not easy and causes various problems.
