CXF dependencies for offline Karaf servers

Hi
I am using the latest version of Karaf (2.3.0), Camel (2.10.3) and
CXF(2.7.0). I am attempting to build a repository for a an offline server
(DMZ) using the Karaf Tooling plugin for Maven - add-features-to-repo.
The CXF dependencies gives problem in as far as that the javax.* bundles
seems to be missing.
We have used ServiceMix but it is lagging far behind in the releases and we
are missing some camel 2.10.x features.
How do I go about building an offline repo that will include all the CXF
dependencies, especially the javax.* bundles?
An example maven config will be of great help.
Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere.
