The proxy1-us-west.apache.org.yaml file appears to alias whimsy.a.o to the whimsy-old server.

That looks wrong; it appears to be a hangover from before whimsy-vm2 was deployed.

It's presumably not having any effect because whimsy.a.o does not resolve to that host, but it's confusing
