{{doap.rdf}} change also has more fields than just version. So for now the change just adds {{pom.xml}} update

We need to revisit {{update_website.py}} to update version in {{pom.xml}}, and possibly to reuse it in {{doap.rdf}} (changes done to {{release.js}} and {{downloads.md}} for new release are more extensive than just change latest release version).
