Just a general note, guys: when voting please add 
    (binding) or [binding] 
tag to your vote if you're on PMC. It makes the life of RM easier when it gets
to the tally, as release _has_ to have at least 3 PMC votes to be considered
valid. And it is a good practice to tally those votes separately.
