to receive your password.

Then you will able to login at
https://translate.apache.org/accounts/login/

The pt-br translation is already complete (UI and help), so at the 
moment you will use Pootle only to make corrections.

If you want to do some other translation work in the meantime, you can 
look at the website: http://www.openoffice.org/pt-br/ ; it is mostly OK, 
but a few announcements are untranslated or outdated, and if you wish to 
help with that it's enough that you send translation fixes to this 
mailing list.
