Unable to import oozie workflow from ambari wf manager view if the workflow uses <parameters>

but the same xml works well in oozie if tried directly

Attached the workflow.xml file :   [^workflow.xml] 

there is a script error exists when try to import , attached the script error :  !Screen Shot 2018-05-31 at 6.08.28 PM.png!
