Migrated: jakarta-ecs + jakarta-ecs2 to Subversion
These have been migrated.

Unless somebody leaps in, I'll update the site with said instructions
tonight. I figure for ECS we don't have to stress too much about a
small period of incorrectness.

ECS site updated to say Source Repositories and not CVS Repositories.
ECS site now checked out of SVN over http (so can't commit) for the live site.
Should update over the next 4 hours.
