Resolution: Fixed
fixed and no remaining problems could be found. There is probably much more to improve, which will however be fixed as recently as it is observed. I am closing this issue for now.

There are still some issues, e.g., declare statements are not covered by the proposal if also a rule element is possible. Often, type expressions cannot be completed.
