    Description: 
After a fresh install -> Following the tutorial pipeline:

1) No data in the dashboard

2) Can not stop running pipeline -> Checked Flink -> No errors and no running tasks

3) Tried to stop all pipelines and ended up in the shown screenshot.

+ Added the logs of the exception and general logs to the ticket
