I have tried using the maven-remote-resources-plugin 3.0.0 (despite https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MRRESOURCES-121) - but it seems there is another problem when doing this upgrade:

Looks like the SHA1 sum for `https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/apache-resource-bundles/2/apache-resource-bundles-2.pom` recorded in `https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/apache-resource-bundles/2/apache-resource-bundles-2.pom.sha1` is wrong?
