The {{LocalStandaloneFlinkResource}} currently manually calls the jobmanager.sj/taskmanager.sh scripts.

Since the documentation instructs users to call call the start-cluster script we should do this too.

This also entails exposing a method on the distribution for modifying the {{slaves}} file.
