JUnit HTML Report creation hangs

Hi All,
 
While styling JUnit tests XML files into HTML reports styling hangs and
there is no HTML report generated, I have a lot of XML test files
generated as a result of junit tests (around 40 in nos. having an
average size of 40 KB each).
 
Does somebody know, how to cope with this?
