           Summary: Apache2 won't read index.html correctly
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0.54
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: All
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: twmr2000@yahoo.com

This is kind of hard to explain, but I will try my best. When I make changes to
the index.html, it won't reflect those changes for several days. Sometimes it
will though right away. Or sometimes not at all. I've tried restarting apache2.
I've tried restarting windows. When I say it wont reflect the changes, I mean,
I can make slight or major changes, or even delete index.html completly, and it
still uses the one I had before doing anything. The only things that seems to
remedy it it completely uninstalling apache2 and re-installing it after making
my changes.
