Log:
Add another conflict resolver test (XFAIL).

* subversion/tests/libsvn_client/conflicts-test.c
  (propval_different): New global constant.
  (create_wc_with_file_add_vs_file_add_update_conflict): New helper function.
  (test_update_incoming_added_file_text_merge, test_funcs): New test (XFAIL).
