[jira] [Created] (CASSANDRA-5321) Fix the dtest for upgrading a cluster

Ryan McGuire created CASSANDRA-5321:
---------------------------------------

Summary: Fix the dtest for upgrading a cluster
                 Key: CASSANDRA-5321
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CASSANDRA-5321
             Project: Cassandra
          Issue Type: Test
            Reporter: Ryan McGuire
            Assignee: Ryan McGuire

Fix the upgrade test, have it perform a 1.1->1.2 upgrade (and forget everything else), and perhaps do some things that would be valid when the cluster is still mixed.
