cluxter opened a new issue #81: Wrong link about the Follow package

   ## Expected Behavior
   The link about the Follow package should point to the actual used repository, ie. https://github.com/cloudant-labs/cloudant-follow/
   
   ## Current Behavior
   The current link about the Follow package points to a previously and unused repository, ie. https://github.com/jhs/follow
   
   ## Possible Solution
   Correct the link in the README.md file
   
   ## Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)
   1. Confirm that the `cloudant-follow` package is used here: https://github.com/apache/couchdb-nano/blob/8096945b599654d1668de55cabad21d604cd1783/lib/nano.js#L21
   2. Click on the link about the Follow package in the README.md file to see that the wrong link is used
   
   ## Context
   This issue lead me to lose time because I was trusting the README.md file and I tried to debug the wrong package at first
